Bidrage med feedbackThe only issue I have with this restaurant is that the pizzas need to be cooked a bit longer for my liking - I prefer a crispy crust. On special nights like Halloween, it can get very busy and the chefs do their best to keep up. At times, customers may have to wait because the food is in high demand. So, make sure to stop in when you have the chance!
I recently visited Cicis after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, and I have to say I was disappointed. The level of service was not what I remembered, with a somewhat aloof cashier and a limited pizza selection. The salad was decent, but the dessert was disappointing. The arcade room was also a letdown, with only a few functioning games. Overall, the limited time dessert was the highlight of the experience.
The prices are reasonable. I enjoy the pizza and the cinnamon rolls are delicious if they have them. I didn't try the salads, but the pasta is good and the extra marinara sauce on the side is a nice touch. The customer service is decent. I personally would prefer if they kept the music playing at the Oldies station.
Today we eat there for dinner. What has it always enjoyed eating there what happened to management? What happened to good service? What happened to a clean place to eat? What happened to the heat food? Dirty dishes everywhere do not clean the tables o salad no pizza no soup no bread storages were more the 45 min and at the time not many customers. Bad settings with employees. Many complaints. What is it?
A quick update on our visit: We experienced GREAT service after 15yrs of not stepping foot into this establishment. The food was hot , fresh, and the staff was helpful, courteous and very welcoming. There were many pizza options available and personal made pizzas were readily available to order. The evening staff today (08.22.22) was very helpful, on standby to answer any questions we had. A special shout out to Sonny and Ramiro for giving great customer service with each and every customer who walked in and out the door. My recommendation with Ramiro's experience through a quick conversation as he cleaned our table, should be on the training team if not already. All the best, Nikki Aceves
