Positive Pie Hardwick

I had a wonderful day! I took a little road trip with Erik and Steve Dynan, and it turned out to be a successful outing. We enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Positive Pie in Hardwick, VT. A special shoutout to Edwin for contributing to the great experience!

The food was fantastic, and our server truly exceeded our expectations. Even the root beer was delightful! The atmosphere was very friendly.

Delicious wood-fired pizza and a fantastic selection of local craft beers. I highly recommend it!

We decided to share a large pizza, half BLT and half spicy sausage. I love that they offer the option to customize pizza like that, and I was amazed at how perfectly they divided it. One side had white sauce while the other had red sauce, yet there was no topping overlap at all. It was incredibly well executed. Not to mention, the pizza itself was fantastic! With a thin crust and delicious toppings, we couldn’t believe we finished the whole thing. As someone who hails from just outside New York City, I can say we’re not easily impressed by pizza from other states. If you’re in the mood for great beer and pizza, this is the place to go. I’m sure their other menu items are just as good—there were several things I would have liked to try—but I can’t comment on them from personal experience. This place is a total home run, no doubt!

I absolutely loved my experience at this restaurant! The pizza was fantastic, including the crust—which is something I rarely compliment. They also have an impressive selection of beers on tap. The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful! I'm definitely looking forward to returning at the earliest opportunity. Yum!
