Pizza Hut - Hardin

I went there 26 march soo much great service the girl who was receptionist she was so nice nature so politeness so much attentive and pizza was so delicious ? i really recommend i had truck so there was good truck stop in front of pizza shop so truck driver easly can stop and get pizza

We arrived at 8pm and upon entering, a girl told us that we could have a seat anywhere we like. We picked a booth and the same girl took our order. When we order pizza, wings, and salads. She wrote down our order then said, the salad bar is closed. We then asked, “The menu offers a side salad, can you make us one”. She said, “ No, everything is put away.” This location stays open until 10pm, so why we could not get a side salad is beyond me. We were somewhat disheartened by her lack of enthusiasm. She actually had someone come pick her up as she evidentially went home.What happened next changed everything for the better. A young lady named Shelby came to our table and introduced herself as she brought our pizza and wings to the table. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our pizza was cooked perfectly and the garlic Parmesan wings were delicious. As we were dining, she waited on two other tables and was constantly busy handling to go orders and cleaning the restaurant. All with a smile and energetic step. When we were ready to check out, we learned the Shelby is just 16 years old. Wow!!! Very Impressive!!! Her work ethic and personality are indeed going to reward her with success.Shelby turned our bad first impression into a glowing impression.Also, I would like to note that from our booth, we could see the workers in the kitchen, busy as well. They cooked our pizza and wings just the way we like them.Final note, the ladies room was very clean.

Very disappointing made my order and when it arrived all the cheese had moved to one side and it was supposed to be a pepperoni lovers and there wasn’t nearly enough pepperoni for that title. The price was good and that was about it. I won’t return to this location. All other locations that I’ve been to if that had happened I would have received A refund or a new pizza or even a discount but nothing being told that’s the way it comes out. Very disappointed

We stopped here late in the evening on our way to Wyoming. The staff working Sunday night was so friendly and helpful. We just did a carry out, but the few moments that we were there, We were pleased with the service. The employee with the braids was super polite. The pizzas were hot and made correctly. I'd recommend them.

Called to ask about delivery and the girl on the phone was RUDE! And that is putting it nicely. Didn't even offer DoorDash, which IS available. Deleted App from phone and y'all can keep my points.
