Beautiful refurbishment of a lovely historic hotel. The food was very good and the location and ambience stunning. We will be returning soon. Celebration dinner and overnight stay with friends. Both dinner and breakfast of high standard. Food is pretty good, not a great selection of vegetarian options though.
