Double Down Grill - Harbison Canyon

When I went back to return the incorrect food, I was given the correct order, but it had obviously been prepared over 30 minutes earlier, despite the staff telling me it was fresh. I didn't want to make a scene, so I reluctantly accepted it, although I was quite unhappy about it. For anyone with a similar background as mine, I recommend either avoiding this place or checking your order thoroughly before leaving. The customer service was lacking and dismissive. Also, the fries and wings were not good at all—they really need to be enjoyed fresh. On a positive note, the double cheeseburger was excellent. I feel conflicted about saying this because I always strive to provide honest reviews, but it's true.

My mom ordered the grab and go ham and cheese sandwich. The bread was not fresh, almost like it had been heated and dried out, there was SO much mayo, only on one side of bread. The hugh piece of lettuce was brown and wilted, again, like it had been heated. I ordered the $17 turkey and swiss on rye. My bread was also stale from being heated ?? The only good thing about mine, was the turkey was good. Needless to say, we didn 't eat just a few bites. I instantly got a bad stomachache and had diarrhea until today. Yes we should have taken them back, but the line was long and my mom was done. We will not be eating or recommending this place. Extremely high priced for the lack of quality!

I give 5 stars for the Tiramisu! Wow! I'm convinced they don't make it in-house, and I wish they would disclose who provides this delightful dessert! The wood-fired pizza is incredibly tasty as well! However, the gelato was a bit too frozen, and it didn't quite stand out after enjoying the delicious pepperoni pizza and that generous slice of Tiramisu. FETA food_explore_travel_adventure.
