Phatz Philly Cheesesteaks

Greetings, Stopped here for a bite to eat with one of my kiddos after finishing work. We split the Phatz fries with 2x added jalapenos. Our to go container was packed full with plenty of toppings. It filled up the both of us and was delicious! Would definitely get again. Thank you!

The classic Philly was bland. They wrapped it so tight the meat was squished out of the bun. Not good at all. Disappointed

Only rating one star because it’s requesting a rating otherwise they owe me three stars. Hungry for food but they look like you’re a burden to their day. No acknowledgment and got the Side A for a few minutes while I stood at their window. Happily went and spent my money elsewhere

Stood at the window for five minutes with no acknowledgment, went to the window and asked if this is where we ordered and the girl looked at us like it was bothersome. Rude service, left without getting food, does not deserve our money.

The Troutdale Station Phatz is a joke! We were their only customers and it took over half an hour to cook two sandwiches. We were getting ready to ask for our money back when they finally wrapped our sandwiches and gave them to us. We were there on 6/25/2022 at 2:30 p m., and the young lady who took our order was rude and then took off for quite a while… which is probably why it took so long, as obviously the cook is not allowed to wrap the sandwiches.
