Birrieria Carlos - Happy Valley

This restaurant offers delicious and satisfying food. The quality of the meat is excellent, the service is fast and friendly, and the cart is well-maintained. Each quesabirria costs $3.50, and ordering 3-4 is recommended. The meat is not seasoned enough to eat on its own, but dipping it into the consome (a hot broth with onion) is how it is meant to be enjoyed. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is truly exceptional and a must-try. I have visited other birrieria establishments in the past, but this one is definitely the best so far.

This restaurant serves the best birria and ramen! The cucumber drink is incredibly refreshing and they even offer a pizza birria on the menu. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10.

My 1st time trying Birrieria, my son who has eaten here several times brought me. We both got quesabirrias. He said he thought the quality had gone down a bit and wasn't happy they are now charging $2 for a small bowl of consomme and that he wouldn't go out of his way to eat there anymore.... I thought it was delicious
