Wow! Wing House - Hanover

We truly enjoyed our dining experience, and we ended up bringing some of our family the following week. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The food was so delicious both times. Please give this location, which is under new management, a try, and we are certain you will not be disappointed.

After one of the last management changes we stopped going here wings were tiny and very questionable Since the management has change this last time though things seem to have turned around- back to great quality wings and good customer service! Very pleased to have good local wing spot again!! Thanks Danu!

However, our overall experience was less than ideal. The service was good, and our server was doing her best to take care of everyone, but like many businesses these days, it's clear they need more staff. We began our meal with the chicken nachos, which were delicious—not overloaded with toppings and a nice amount of sauce. Everyone ordered different dishes: my mom chose a salad, my dad had pasta, and my grandma ordered a chicken burger. Unfortunately, the wrong salad was initially brought to my mom, but the server corrected that quickly. My grandma enjoyed her chicken burger, which came with a generous serving of fries, although she originally wanted a pizza and root beer, both of which were listed on the menu but unavailable. One piece of feedback I'd offer is to mark unavailable items on the menu instead of informing customers only after they’ve ordered. Additionally, I found the rating system for wing sauces to be confusing. My dad liked his pasta but was disappointed with the limited beer selection. As I noted, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our wings, but I also ordered battered mushrooms that never arrived. Overall, there were lots of positives alongside a few fixable issues. We would come back, primarily because we loved the wings, which is what this place is known for.

The wings were fantastic! They were perfectly crispy and perfectly sauced! I've seen some complaints about the staff's attire in other reviews, but come on, it's 2022! We ordered takeout, but my husband picked it up and said the restaurant had a really cool vibe inside. We're excited to visit again and dine in! So good!

I hesitated to visit this restaurant because of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad we decided to go. Our group of nine was served and settled the bill in just 65 minutes. The wings were outstanding—perfectly sauced, crispy on the outside, and the meat came off the bone easily. I will definitely be returning!
