Tim Hortons - Hanover

Puh-puh-puh-pathetic. Literally everyone here needs to be fired. Infact, there's already another tim hortons that is actually open 24/7 and gives amazing service and quality food. Just shut this stupid place down. There's only 2 older woman here that know how to do their job, AND THEY ARENT THOSE EAST INDIAN GIRLS. If your gunna fire people, start with them.

I ordered a hot drink of which I was given to dripping the hot drink. The girl working the drive thru had to wipe her hands after she gave it to me because it was dripping so bad. I asked for a cup to put over so it didn’t make a mess in my car and she told me I would have to pay for it. I would understand if I was the one who spilled but she made the mess and wanted me to give her money.

I will give this place zero review. I went to the store and waited for atleast 8-9 minutes. Nobody took my order. They’ll cleaning and the manager doesn’t know how to manage. No professional person work there.

With the quality of Tim Jordan's products questionable most of the time these days stopping here a pleasure. Service was great and the food very fresh. Thank you.
