Bidrage med feedbackI absolutely do NOT recommend this Wingstop!!! On September 29th I placed an online order, when I got home I was missing half of my order. I tried to call them... no answer. I drive back to the store and they pull out my order that has been sitting on a shelf for 45 minutes and said we are sorry we forgot to give you this . I requested them to redo my order because my order has been sitting for almost an hour, the manager says it will take another 40-45 minutes to get your order bc we are busy, but we can give you a refund. I opt for the refund and he says, I can 't process it, I will take a picture of your receipt and the owner will refund you next week. Hmmm.... 3 weeks later, no refund. Each week I have stopped in and spoke with a different manager and each one claims they are going to assist. Still no refund!! I write a complaint to the Wingstop HQ and they sent me a $5 virtual gift card with no resolution . My order was $69!!!! The store claims that we can 't speak to the owners, however they are the only ones that can give me a refund!! BAD BUSINESS all the way around!!! I
Cold fries, under seasoned wings. Really a let down after waiting 30 mins for food. Wouldn't recommend
Although you can dine in it's like the chicken wing fast food spot without a drive thru Lemon pepper wings are my go to item with the bone. I have tried boneless and they were delicious too. Service was ok you place your order and pick up I didn't see any hairnets nor gloves so that was another draw back. It's pricy too so I don't frequent here often
If you want slow service cold food and to denied a receipt after paying for food that you never received you have to the right place. After we placed our order it took 45 minutes to receive cold and soggy food. When asked for our receipt the staff member refused. Knowing that we were charged for food that we did not receive. The food that we did was so bad we ended up throwing it in ️. This place is awful do not waste your money Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Before you send an employee to the front line please make sure they understand how to take an order and look it up and check it out. There were like 6 employees lounging around this wing stop tonight but only one of them knew how to take an order. It was insane. They also all had apple EarPods in. I mean I understand late nights but someone should be waiting to take a customer order at all times right? Pickup times were also far greater than promised, pretty much double or more. Had to wait every time. Saw many employee having meals while working though. That was interesting.
