I dined at Prime Rib Mary Live last night. The host was personable. Upon entering the restaurant I found it to be inviting and lively. Our waiter Anthony and the bus staff was attentive and pleasant. My guest and I began with drinks. Anthony poured my class of wine from a cruet nice touch. The mixed drink from the bar cam promptly. My guest reported that it was good. We ordered a seafood tower for two. It arrived to our table very timely. It was a shellfish tower. One would expect fresh seafood, but instead frozen crab and lobster tail accompanied freshly shucked oysters chilled shrimp cocktail. We nibbled on bread choices while waiting on my prime rib and the bone in ribeye that my guest was have. When the entrées arrive, they were good they were warm. Both entrées were company by a baked potato. The potatoes were accompanied by beautiful Lardons, cheese, softened butter and sour cream. The prices were consistent with any high-end steakhouse. If I had to make a suggestion to make a the experience better. Add different seafood sources on the towers and ensure that they are fresh or as close to fresh as you can get them.. also find a better quality of bread get those pretzel breads out of the basket.
