Morty’s - Hanover

The sandwich was excellent, and the service was fairly quick considering the number of customers. However, the staff seemed to recognize that many people in line were first-time visitors, yet they didn’t offer any guidance or recommendations on the menu. The macaroni and cheese was disappointing; it was just greasy noodles with cheese sprinkled on top rather than thoroughly mixed in. It was so oily that I struggled to cut through it on my plate, and after just two bites, I had to throw it away. Additionally, the chicken noodle soup was already sold out by 6:00 PM.

I have to start by saying that given the price, I expected real onion rings. Also, based on the picture, I thought the sandwich would be a much larger portion.

The food was excellent, but Mrs. Shermine could use some improvement. She seemed uncomfortable and might not be suited for a role in customer service. I don’t think I would choose to spend my money here again. I suggest hiring better staff. Life is too short to deal with this, especially when you're paying for the experience.
