George Martin's Grillfire - Hanover

The food was good and the service was stellar. They have a decent wine by the glass selection. The ribs are great and a huge portion. The smashburger is really good. Save room for dessert. We really liked the fudge brownie. Great experience and best of all was our server, Donald.

The customer service was the best! From the hostess to our waiter, everyone displayed that they wanted us to have a nice experience. Our food was very tasteful. I ordered the lobster and shrimp fettuccine and it was delightful! My only negative feedback would be the ladies room. I know that when it's busy, it's hard to keep up but it was pretty dirty and the stalls did not have toilet paper. So we had to use paper towels which I know is not ideal for plumbing! Other than that, I highly recommend!

Everything was great, from our server down to our entrees. It was quiet for a Sunday evening. Restaurant is inside the Arundel Preserve Hotel. Been here many times when our company would have our annual conference here and it's always been wonderful. We didn't get any desserts but the table next to us did and a piece of carrot cake is an entire cake! Portions are generous all around.

Our party arrived around 12:10 p.m. and was seated right away. We had been there before but had not realized there was a separate menu for brunch, lunch and dinner. We were about to leave because we wanted things off the lunch/dinner menu, when the manager noticed, asked us what we desired and she graciously made it available to us. Now that's over the top customer service!!!

Service was good. We ordered the breakfast for two. My only complaint was regarding the side substitution. I think it's absurd to charge $5 extra if customers don't eat pork and select another comparable item. Our waitress was nice enough to mention our concern but we were still charged $5 extra for our substitution of turkey sausage instead of bacon. Ridiculous. It's 2024 several people have dietary restrictions learn to accommodate your customers better.
