Chick-fil-a - Hanover

I went to pick up my order and realized there were no chips or fries included, so I mentioned it to the staff and they provided them to me. However, when I got home, I discovered that the 30-piece chicken nugget I ordered for my family was also missing. I had to go back a second time to get it, which was quite frustrating.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The manager was rude while I was waiting at the window; she shook the bag at me and made an unkind comment under her breath. I was on my day off, and it would have been appreciated if she could have been more patient and waited for me to pay. Her behavior was not only rude but also quite classless.

The dining experience here is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly! They always greet you by name and respond with "my pleasure." Although the drive-thru lines can be long, they move at a consistent and efficient pace.

After finally leaving for the second time, I realized they didn’t give us any sauces, even though we had requested six Chick-fil-A sauces and two ranch dressings. They provided nothing. It was a terrible experience.
