The most amazing view but the price can be a bit expensive compared to other places in Hanoi. But even on a cloudy night the view was the best.
A very beautiful place with a unique view of the city. Great for a drink or a romantic dinner. We tried the Oyster a unique cocktail with oysters vodka, Tabasco and Kumquat. Dinner was also beautiful with a beautiful sunset. The entrance is a bit difficult to find. You should follow the directions of the Vietnamese airline next to the café and go on the 19th floor.
Amazing view of Hanoi! The staff was kind to let us order our mere Coca Colas for the menu of expensive wines and champagne without fringes. Also on 38° C day it was okay to be outside because the cool wind is high.
