My favorite noodle soup from Hanoi next to Pho. A hearty bowl of pork bones broth with noodle, taro rod and various cuts of boiled pork contains thorns, thighs, tongue, short ribs, and their special handmade musushrom meat ball. Choose which protein you want. My swarms are ribs, tongue meat ball. Feel free to improve broth with some lime or pimples garlic, enter some heat with fresh chilli slices or black pepper. And don't forget to dip your bites into her soy sauce. All kindness for only 40k VND (1.8US$

The food was great, service was awesome and friendly. Keep in mind that the portion is quite generous too! For those who are allergic to taro stems can ask for water celery instead. The taste will be slightly different, but it's still good!

Chance upon while walking along the street. Decent bowl of Noodles, big portion and general amount of tongue. Flavorful and light broth, squeezing in a lime was no mistake! Elevating the flavor significantly.

A local bartender recommended this place and it did not disappoint. Do not expect high style. You’re sitting on a stool on the street but the pho is some of the best we had in Vietnam. It’s also cheap about $2 a person for a huge bowl stacked with veggies meat and rice noodles.
