Thai Food in the Box - Hannover

I have really enjoyed my lunch at Thai in The Box. Service was quick and , most sought after, tasty Thai lunch. It came cheap too and was prepared on the wok before me. I had the Pad Thai (I played safe) and was excellent.

First time had dinner here with friend. The waiter/owner was kind and friendly. We ordered vegetarian dish (no 18), and chicken fillet with peanut sauce (A2). It was that fast, but nor slow as well, just got it in time, i think because the owner cooked it by herself (the waiter told us about it). Mine was chicken fillet, which was really good and tasty, the peanut sauce was light, which was good for dinner in rainy day but still i can taste it very well, ordered it "thai spicy" but it wasn't that spicy yet still made it perfect taste. The vegetarian dish was bit monotone in variety but the sauce was still very good. I would recommend it for anyone looking for thai food in hannover. I really love it :)

The best for lunch! Quick and really tasty. Try the Pad Thai with prawns - really good. It's tiny inside, so you may need to wait if no table is free, I think most preople take out.

The male owner was so helpfull and kind, he translated the entire menu to english for us. He showed us pictures of his newborn grand daughter and was so cute to us. The food was very good and was served within 10 minutes.His kindness made the visit worth it even though the food wasn't the best but far better then average. Big portions!

Today is our first time to order food from this restaurant. We have to wait for almost 2 hours for the food. The food was completely horrendous. My boyfriend ordered a tuna sashimi and it was obviously not fresh. Also we ordered another food but it was completely mess. We complained to the owner of the restaurant about this matter. At least they offered us a compensation. We would not recommend you to order food from this restaurant again.
