Restaurant Steinhof - Hannover

Stopped at Steinhof to have a beer and see what the menu looked like. They have a British menu which really helps so just ask the waiters. Menu was good and varied so ordered. The pizza bread is food and the garlic sauce is ace. Then opted for the Balkan platter pictured below which was outstanding! Lovely tasty meat, pork, beef and turkey with well cooked fries and salad and rice. Good effort and good price. 3 of us with 3 mains, 2 sides and 6 drinks for €70.

Steinhof is conveniently placed in the center walk zone of Hannover. This place serves good grilled food. We had daily special rumpsteak with side dishes for late lunch and several tap wheat beers. Meal was pretty good and the beer great, price not too high.

Are on the Hannover fair and some colleagues have been to Steinhof several times last year. The Food quality, Price, Location (in the City centre) and atmosphere is excellent. Good Job guys!

This place was near my hotel so I thought why not? I am vegetarian which wasn't a problem, although the choice is limited and the menu all in German as you would expect. Staff take pains to speak English though. I had a broccoli and cheese dauphinoise thing and it was pretty heavy but altogether tasty.The best part was the Passionfruit beer. It was absolutely delicious! Get involved.

Atmosphere is very nice and friendly, hygiene is satisfactory. The staff is very kind, and food is very tasty. I will visit you again and recommend it to others.
