Restaurant Algarve - Hannover

Small place with wonderful atmosphere. The food was a great standard and good value family run so service is very good.

I looooooove their Pizza!!! What a great little gem and wonderful patio to hang out on. Food is so good! We've been several times and each time I make the trip to Germany I make sure to go there!

We went with a group, the restaurant having been chosen by a Hanover resident. The service was very patchy one part of the group got drinks immediately, the rest of us waited twenty minutes, just for a beer. The menu was extensive but I obviously chose poorly as my lamb cutlets those of others) were vastly overcooked and very tough. The Hanover resident rated the gambas, but they aren 't exactly local. It 's obviously a family concern I think they rely on a 'trickle ' of customers, not a large group of people together. I was disappointed.

I'm a portuguese living in Frankfurt and I went once to this restaurant in Hannover. The owners are Portugueses but living for too long in Germany, then they are not used to the Portuguese cuisine any longer. I've been in other portuguese restaurants in Germany where the experience of the cuisine was good, but definitely not on this one. They should improve in too many things. Only the environment is good...

Eat and prizes are okay. the staff is very friendly!
