Becky Thatcher's Diner - Hannibal

We went to this diner for the first time and we will definitely return! We had great service and the friendly waitress. Brooklyn and Angel were great. The food was “delicious, down home, country cooking made like grandma!” Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! Very family-friendly.

Came in this morning after going elsewhere and leaving due to very poor service. As soon as we sat down, the very sweet waitress acknowledged us and said said she would be right with us. She had quite a few tables and was handling it on her own and doing a very good job at it. Despite it being a little busy,we really only waited about 15 minutes for our food and it was really good! Between the waitress and the cook, be nice if people nowadays would out in even half of their effort.

The place was packed! We sat at the counter. Our waitress was outstanding, had a positive attitude. The food was great I had the cornbread hash with eggs my partner had biscuits and gravy. We will be back, when traveling in the area.

My mom and I really enjoyed this diner. We got the pile up, the whole thing was great. I think the gravy good have used a little more pepper but they had pepper on the table I could add to it, other than the food was awesome. The service was amazing our server was very energetic and kind. The atmosphere was family friendly, not overly loud either. As far as atmosphere with it being a 50s diner I would have liked a little more of the 50s feel example: 50s music, 50s uniform for waitresses, etc.
