I am a huge espresso enthusiast and have been to to all the best coffee shops in Chiang Mai. Toongs is among the very best. This is quite an achievement because the standard of espresso in CM is very high. The latte art isn't as fancy as Ristr8to's but the quality in the cup is excellent. Flavors are bright, milk is perfectly textured, and the result is a beautiful flat white. The proprietors are really nice people too and happy to share their knowledge. I am blessed this shop opened near my house.
