Boncafe (thailand) (chiang Mai)

Can’t speak to their machines but the coffee they sell here is garbage. They sold this as a light roast, definitely dark, burnt and cheap tasting.

We went to buy a coffee machine automatic and obviously they didnt care about us, give us a brochure to order on line. We went to hillkoff coffee to find good advices large choices and smiles

I purchase a coffee machine a few years ago at Bon Cafe and they do not want to repair it even take a look at it. The reply was just purchasing a new machine !! Really unpolite staff and not good service. I will never ever purchase again a coffee machine to Bon Cafe Chiang Mai. Really Really bad experience.: Just send an email to Bangkok head office and hope that they will be able to offer a correct after sale service. Lets see ,...
