Arby's - Hanford

I visited the Arby's in Hanford, California, and had an experience with an employee named Heather. When I placed my order at the register, she offered me a drink, which I declined. However, when my order was ready, she surprisingly brought me a drink and said it was complimentary, even though I had said no. Shortly after, I was accused of stealing the drink, as Heather went back to management to report me. It was quite an unsettling experience.
