The visit to the restaurant has shocked us: the cutlery can was completely frightened, even the dishes were lubricated with old crippled dishes. The old-fashioned chefs and fried salmon were selected. The salmon was as big as my little finger, we should pay 9.95 euros. The potato puree was already seen in the lining that it had a dried layer. Soßen, pumice and peas could not be recognized with their eyes. Surprisingly, we met with IKEA staff yesterday. Didn't use much because what we wanted to buy was not in stock. In the case of the perjohan stool, an incorrect storage space was also specified on the product. We could find the right ones with the help of an employee, but also just stand in front of an empty shelf. Well, that can happen that something is not in stock, but nevertheless we will not come back. Not only the restaurant, but the whole shop and the forecourt were completely dirty. Terrible!
Impossible! We were shopping in Hanau today and just torn off with the cheapest items – lids of the small boxes that we allegedly want to steal! The price of the boxes was good and visible, but with the lids – very small, which of course does not hit the eye, we thought the lids are included in the box price. When we had paid, 2 employees and a detective were ready in front of the checkout, and we were accused of stealing 8 small lids (12€ worth, although our shopping was more than 10 times more expensive and the lid was visible in the shopping cart. The Lord “Detective” has instructed us that we began theft, we were presented with “rules” that from 3 stolen articles a penalty is due and has asked us to pay the penalty (90€ and threatened with criminal complaints and police if we do not pay. And if you have no doubt to steal the lid, we need 90€ penalty for our “theft”. Very environmentally friendly and you feel really extra-zoked as if you have done everything for purpose – very small shields for lids, employees do not help with self-service checkouts and do not show that the lids are paid extra. Very bad and unpleasant and you have the feeling that the situation is simply exploited by the Ikea staff and detective. That was my last purchase in this place!
The visit was so strenuous, at the high shelves no one at the info, ran around and asked at the checkout because it had only one article in the warehouse. Ok You can reserve this on the screen itself, but then the page was not loaded with the pickup code, then you are full of the A....! You have no way to correct it! The front should not be in stock anymore because I had booked it out, but the stupid code doesn't charge so I can't pay it, so the front was in the Nirvana... na super. 1 was allegedly still there what I wanted to take, but was a mistake that they only noticed in the camp, so by 19:55 reclaimed to info, money back... and the camp feels 1 km away from the store. Then the toilets around 19:58 have already closed, I should have taken them away from the entrance... after the self-service bench a cashier incognito, the store owner has not been checked
We were in Hanau today and configured a Pax potion. Since our first time we needed help from Fabian Scholz. In contrast to his colleagues he always came, no trace of angry, patients, with valuable tips. You can't find it so often and not even Friday afternoon. Thank you
