Da Fish Shack - Hana

Delicious food truck just past Hana. Had the ahi katsu and it was crispy and perfectly flavored. Everyone else also enjoyed their food (teriyaki chicken, fish burger).

Fish and chips are good. Needs some salt. My husband really liked the fish tacos. The fish ceaser salad was ok. Fish was great but salad mediocre.

Sometimes unplanned meals are the best. We quick stopped to grab pizza from the next door food truck for our son. We decided to order lunch also and we were so happy we did. My husband and I both ordered different fish specials. We decided to share since both dishes and wonderful flavors. Eating great food under a tent on a picnic table in Hana ended up being one of most memorable meals on Maui. Wish I would have taken pictures to share too.

Delicious. Best food truck around. Had the dynamite spicy shrimp with rice bowl, even has kimchi in it you won’t be disappointed. Significant other had the island grill mix. If you’re hungry in Hana, this is the place. Both meals were very good.

Great food at all the food trucks in this area. Must stop. Parking is terrible as there is limited space but the food is so worth it. Got an acai bowl, a burger, and some fresh poke. 10/10 Recommend. Vegetarian options: Not at this particular truck but other trucks in this area have fresh fruit and acai bowls available. Parking: Park wherever you see a vacant spot
