Starbucks - Hampton

Definitely a lively and happy crew working this morning. Starbucks is always the same as far as the beverages but what sets a good experience vs a bad experience is the crew behind the counter. These guys were happy and energetic. Really a good start to the day to see people that love what they do!

Always to much milk in cappuccino!!! Starbucks needs to a better job in training!!! Some of the staff ignore drink request.

Drinks were good but I?ve gotten the bacon egg and cheese sandwich twice and both times the very middle was still frozen.. didn?t know it was hard to cook a sandwich.

Not well trained on making drinks. Friendly staff but need to focus more on customers.

Poorly managed store that benefits from the fact that it 's on base. Convenience is the only thing this place has going for it. Routinely doesn 't have cold brew ready in the mornings (and this isn 't a new/supply chain issue. It 's been like this for years). Nothing like swinging in past 830am to hear we don 't have the cold brew ready yet.
