It was very nice in there. when they go in, they ask for ID and go through a medaille machine. the people at the front were very friendly. I went to get a play card and register and the security lady had a great personality and funny humor. we had a great time.

This raises concerns about fairness—it's almost like a scam because they seem to choose who wins behind the scenes, rather than it being random. Unlike genuine casinos that offer fair free play terms, this place seems to rely on gimmicks like shouting out names during a hot seat promotion. It feels like a predatory business model.

The establishment is usually busy, and they need more staff to handle the crowd. The staff members are polite, which is a plus. The food is acceptable, but they definitely require more machines; however, there isn't enough space for them. The existing machines are outdated and perform below average. The prizes offered are also average. The "Fire Link" machine is the best option available, but you often have to wait in line to use it.

This place is absolutely amazing! We had a fantastic time, filled with fun and excitement. The atmosphere is lively, and the staff is great. We really enjoyed hanging out with the older gentleman there—he made our visit even more memorable. It's essential for them to keep their wonderful employees! We definitely plan to return for more enjoyable experiences.

I love the New Kent location! if you're looking to go try your hand at a casino, the New Kent location is worth the extra 15 minute drive versus Hampton. it's more spacious inside it's not as cramped as it feels as the Hampton location, clean facility, a lot of games. also one of the gym takeaways with the New Kent Rosie's is they have a second floor for those who are high dollar playing patrons, and also if you're not in the mood to be around a crowd but you still want to play machines you have the option of going on the second floor where there's not many people and still have a good time. and also the jackpots regardless of which roses you go to is very decent and if you're the lucky person that gets it they are a very hefty winning some. I've only tried their drinks so far haven't bought food there, but the drinks are pretty decent on a order time through your account on a machine they're not flat they're full and flavorful. so whether you want to watch horse races or take your chance on various type of slots, I would definitely recommend the New Kent Rosie's for your enjoyment.
