Pizza Hut Express - Hampton

Hi I am not sure who to direct this complaint but I am extremely UPSET. I ordered food for my children at 10:30 from across the street at the king Street location. It is literally 3 min away and the food was supposed to arrive at 11:07pm. At 11:15 I called to check status the man was rude and stated someone was in route. 11:30 came still no food. I called back he didn't ask placed me on 8 min hold so I hung up called right back. Placed me on another 5 min still no answer. My kids are hungry and crying finally at 11:45 a car pulls up after I let them in my QUIET gated community with loud rap music BLASTING with bass. No apologies after receiving food it was COLD and disgusting!!!!!! . This is a big brand granted I didn't pay much but I paid enough for an expected service and was highly disappointed. I will like to speak with someone regarding this matter or refunded. I eat pizza but all the time but this is turning me off from EVER eating there again. If I was able to give no stars I would!

This Pizza Hut always has done us right. Pizza always done on time. I've never had a wrong order and everyone is always friendly.

Delivery was an hour late. Had to call and figure out what 's going on; it hadn 't even gotten in the car yet! They said they 'd give me 50% off, then the driver wanted me to sign a bill for the full price. I said I wouldn 't sign it unless it had the 50% off I was promised, he said I 'll change it. Then he DROVE AWAY with the pizza! By the time it comes back, it would be cold?? Had to call and see if they could get him to turn around. They couldn 't get him on the cell phone! Hour and a half later, the manager sent us a 'remade pizza ' at 10:30pm 'free of charge. ' It was cold enough to be the original pizza, but we appreciate the effort to make things right. But ultimately, ruined the evening.

This place is takeout only, which means the service was quick and friendly. As for the pizza, I ordered a medium with mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives. It was fantastic and cost nearly $20!

Please take a look at the tips I provided! They might answer some of their questions or share information they weren't aware of before. I can't speak for the morning shift, but during the night, which I work, we often get overwhelmed, no matter what day it is. It can get hectic, and we always have at least five calls to manage at a time, so we appreciate your patience if things move a bit slowly. Typically, there's only one person handling the front, so we can only operate as one individual.
