Pizza Hut - Hampton

I placed my order online and ended up going to 2 wrong pizza huts before getting here. I was a little upset because of the number of pizza huts on 1 road. The person working the counter was very kind and understanding. He did not charge me for 2 extra sauces and also gave me a free order of bread sticks. The food was very good as well.

I ordered my pizza online. I was able to customize my pizza by choosing the poppings I prefer on my half of the pizza and the toppings my wife likes on her half by simply pointing and clicking the mouse; that's way cool. I was informed my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I arrived at Pizza Hut. The pizza guy apologized for baking my pizza short one of my toppings. He asked me to wait 10 more minutes and he would bake me another pizza with all my requested toppings. Ten minutes later he presented me with my pizza, complete with all my toppings; he then gave me the original pizza free. I got 2 piping hot, 5 topping, large pizzas for $10 and even got an apology. I believe that is pretty good customer service. On my way home, I gave the 2nd pizza to a young military family that had recently moved to the neighborhood. That made us all feel good.

Unlike others my pizza was very typical Pizza Hut, they did mess up the order of breadsticks, BUT gave me a good discount on them! This store is old, but still going strong!
