Mcdonald's - Hampton

Awful experience! The night manager (an African American male) working at the drive-thru was unprofessional. He lacked customer service skills, respect, professionalism, and efficiency. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink, but the chicken sandwich was poorly made with random toppings thrown on, and the fries were reheated instead of fresh. Really? It seems the night manager had a male employee fry my food (presumably without proper training). I ended up throwing my food in the trash. I didn't bother contacting the restaurant because it seems like mediocrity is the standard during covid in many eateries.

I only have a Mcchicken bunny ketchup, they decided to give me just brot with ketchup. fries had no salt, milkshake machine did not work and could not get a cup of water because they said it tastes like salt! what is going on? oh and did not get any quitting!

Soda was good. I don't know. I had to get fresher. fish sandwich old n dry. I had to get another one. they even warned them together. but a little better than the first. even if I smoked with the misties, would still not go to the mcdonald’s. no warning from the others.

I'll never go back to this mcdonald's or one in newport, va or hampton, va ever again and this is sad because I live here. every time I drive my order wrong, the employees always have bad attitudes, and they always have at least 30 to 45 minutes waiting alone. in recent years I had nothing but bad experiences and I always leave myself crazy or disappointed. now I will choose wendys about mcdonalds every day. $5 biggie bag always on point. chick fa la is the best of the best. mcdonald’s? wendy? chick fa la?
