Juicy King Crab House - Hampton

I really wanted seafood but we ordered then waited over an hour for our food I understand places are busy and they can't get people to work but our waitress never came back she went to all the tables around us but ignored us I'll never go back

The waiter we had was great, and the food, their accommodations they made for our committee was outstanding.

Bar selection is very limited. More of bottom shelf liquor available. Crab cakes are like meatballs. Not like any other crab cakes I have ever had or even made myself. Not sure if it was the owner or manager but her customer service was horrible. Instead of correcting my order the she got a napkin and grabbed my crab cakes and took them back. She probably reheated resold them to the next customer. (I can not make this stuff up . They should change the menu for the Crab Cake Basket to Crab Cake Balls Basket . Give an accurate description of what someone is paying for. That would be very helpful. And do better handling an situation with a paying customer.The bartender Jasmine (hopefully I spelled her name correctly ? was a delight very professional. They should be appreciative to have her as an asset to their business. She deserves an raise.!! Great job Jas.!!

We'd. Nights are great, happy hour and music. Get there early for a seat!
