Ihop - Hampton

Food and service were fine but the actually restaurant was filthy. The bathroom had a toxic reek of urine and I was seriously afraid to touch anything. Garbage and food all over the floors throughout the restaurant. Just gross. Clean that place up, y'all! I can't go back for just that reason.

Would give ZERO STARS if I could!!!! As we walked in the the server acted as if we were an inconvenience. The server wrote our order down and still messed the whole thing up. I ordered a fajita chicken omelette that was supposed to have salsa and sour cream on the side. The omelette had a few pieces of chicken and peppers inside and nothing on top. Very underwhelming. We had to ask for the sides that came with our meals. When asked she proceeded to tell us they were out. We waited 15 min for avocado that was supposed to be apart of the omelette. The service was just horrific, also the Bathrooms were disgusting. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!

6 May 2022 11:15 pm was seated and it took over 30 minutes before someone was available to even take my order. There was 1 person tending take out and pick up orders, and maybe 2 for the grill. Riduculous personnel management which shouldn't be excused. There were 16 patrons in the dining room for the 1 person to wait on. Gotta do better! What has happened to proper customer service? I will not return nor recommend anyone else return.

I never received my entire meal and was mistakenly charged an additional $10. When I asked to speak to a manager, they never came over. The server offered an apology but couldn’t explain why my meal couldn’t be expedited or why the Hasch-Brauen came with bacon instead of without or with French toast, even though I never received either of those items. We had to wait for an hour. My hot cocoa arrived with a layer of oil on top, making it undrinkable. Another server ended up taking our order, and someone else had to deliver it. By the time our food finally arrived, it was extremely cold and inedible. Given how poor the experience was, I shouldn’t have been expected to pay for everything, but I did under the circumstances.

Will not eat here again. ihop has developed worse in the course of the years. Today there was no administration. we were served after the people who came after us. my man was served raw to see pictures. my lemon blueberry crepes had no lemon. the minions pancakes were coarse after my nephew.
