The Galley Hatch is the top restaurant in the region, offering both innovative and classic dishes. While their prices are somewhat elevated, the quality of the food justifies the cost.
I absolutely love the food at this restaurant; I've never had a meal here that I didn't enjoy thoroughly. I always make sure to order their buffalo fingers to take home. They're pleasantly sweet and served with an incredible blue cheese dip that's creamy, with a consistency reminiscent of yogurt—perfect for everyone, as it's not spicy at all. I've always been a fan of this place, but I recently encountered a bit of an issue. I noticed that my fork and knife had food residue on them, and not wanting to overreact, I quickly grabbed fresh silverware from the waiter station nearby. To my surprise, it seemed like the whole set had the same problem! It appeared that someone must have filled in for the dishwasher and overlooked the importance of rinsing the dishes before washing them. Fortunately, this issue hasn’t occurred again. However, if you decide to eat here, I recommend checking the silverware before using it—better safe than sorry!
