Would give zero stars if I could. I don't know what happened to this place but it's horrible now. There was nobody cleaning the theater. We walked in 5 minutes before the movie started and all the old trash from the last showing was still on the trays. It took over 30 minutes to get food after we ordered and they never brought the napkins or silverware we asked for. Staff was rude. On the way out we saw several cockroaches. We will never be back.

First time I ordered food there was no issues. I don't know if this time the theater was packed, but our orders were messed up along with the people beside me. My husband never got his drink, his burger came out with the wrong fries, and dipping sauces were never offered... The service was lack luster this afternoon . Very nice theater! I was impressed by the decor and atmosphere. We bought our tickets at the kiosk. Very easy to use! No one checked our tickets which didnt bother me at all. The seats were comfortable and they recline. You can order from your seat which makes it super convenient! I enjoyed the experience! The server who brought our food told us there is a button that we can press on the side if we needed anything and introduced her self.. Sahara i believe.. The bathrooms were well kept . My only complaint was that the floor was sticky when we walked in. I would visit again!!

Horrible service, horribly sticky floors that even the employees complained about, I had ordered some drinks near the end of the film and they never showed up. When I went to go ask about it they said they didn't even have those drinks available. When I went to get a refund I found out this wasn't a uncommon occurrence. Other then that the seating is nice and it was a good film.

Service is terrible and severely slow, floors are extremely sticky, you have to ask for utensils, straws and napkins because they don't bring it with your food or drinks which is ridiculous!
