I arrived at PCJ before their posted closing time, and the Open sign was lit. However, the staff told me they couldn't serve me because they were closing soon. Don't be misled by the Open sign and the stated hours; you might not get served. I recommend driving a bit further to Matter More Coffee. They offer excellent coffee at a better value, and they actually honor their hours of operation.

I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but I hope my experience can help improve things for others. After placing our order, we waited over 15 minutes in the drive-thru line. I noticed a lot of people going inside and getting their drinks before us, so I decided to go in as well. When I approached the counter, the woman making our coffee told me, “If you’re in a hurry, don’t use the drive-thru.” She didn’t seem very pleased with me. I just smiled and assured her that it was fine. Unfortunately, she kept muttering under her breath. It looked like she was the only staff member working at the time. This place might benefit from hiring more employees.

Every time I come here I have a really great experience. But this is the only location in the area that will put the straw in the drink for you before asking if you even want one. This defeats the purpose of the packaging that straws come in. I don't know of any other drive thru in the world that does this. It's gross please stop. In a post COVID world, we should really be more mindful about sanitation when handling food and drinks. Everything else about my experience here is good.

Drove 40 minutes around trip..to find it was closed..at 3:30 in the afternoon? Bad sign obviously bad management or no help. .avoid this PCJ..who knows what else they are lacking attention to.

Very good. Had frozen mocachinno. Staff very nice and knowledgeable.
