Dunkin' - Hampstead

As a coffee user, I frequent Dunkin' Donuts frequently. This establishment consistently prepares my coffee and the remainder of my order to my satisfaction. They are usually polite and helpful, and they get me out the door promptly.

Just ordered a drink a strawberry donut, a new employee tosses a the donut at me and says anything else anyone in the food service know that 's never okay to throw food at someone.

Always very impressed with the courtesy and accuracy of the staff, both at the drive-through and at the counter inside. Compared to otherDunkin drive-through?s, I?ve noticed an upbeat, enthusiastic, and welcoming attitude that is rare these days. This must reflectmanagement?s hiring as well as training philosophy.

Nice courtesy from staff. Good service. My green ice tea with lemon was made to correct order but has a coffee taste to it, like the tea was not fresh had been sitting around for too long today.

Always friendly service. We go daily during the work week for an afternoon pick me up. Rarely any issues with our order and if something is out of stock, they offer a substitute. (We use the on the go order app)
