Charlie's Charcoal Chicken

I am very disappointed! We ordered 6 potato scallops but only received 6 pieces of potato—two whole rounds and four half pieces. We've been coming here for a long time, but the quality has really declined lately.

Great food, but the staff was extremely rude and I won't be returning.
