Mcdonald's - Hammond

This place is rude and unprofessional! I would give 0 stars if I could. I called this place on Thursday 1 o'clock to confirm how late they have closed so that my fiancée can pick up some food. a dame answered and told me that she closed at 3 o'clock and rudely hanged on the phone after I said thank you. my engagement comes to this place just a bit before 1:30 clock to place an order, just to be ignored by the intercom. he moves into the window to see that the 2 women who allegedly work, hide, try not to be seen. So he knocks on the window, both ladies rudely go on to tell him that they only door Dash or online orders. if that was the case, why did the dame not say that when I called them, so my fiancée did not waste his time to order food from this place? he saw several cars that were turned away from the two women who work there. I would not recommend this place at all, to everyone. They clearly need better workers to work night shift. the people just want to be paid without doing their job.

Faster, well organized service. Double-track drive thru flows smoothly when everyone cuts on their turn in line, and they do not cut before someone.

They have not been mixed yet. whatever that means. I don't think the frozen soak machine works.

This mcdonald’s will screw her order 9 times from 10. order a quarter peer with cheese, get it without cheese. order a 10 pieces chickening, get 7 or 8 nuggets — quite tired to be shortened at this stop. the employees change a lot, but they have a crisp for setting no customer service at all. they do not close at 3 o'clock, they begin to turn customers away from midnight. it used to be a 24 hours drive through, but they just got lazy claim covid did the harm on them, but really did it on themselves. they are the last place in the opposite, which will open their doors after so many other restaurants, because their facilities are really unused (a leading source, why their ice machines are always down and they close early). a pity that this device has lost its values. I recommend the mcdonald’s on Kenndy about these 9000

Wait time is crazy, unprofessional , they be in there tweaking on bro. Then they saying they closed but whole time the sign say they open 23 hrs a day. It defly wasnt that 1 hour u thinking fym. An shorty didn't give my son his happy meal toy or bbq sauce so he didn't eat it.
