Firehouse Subs Channell - Hammond

Sandwich?s are decent like any other complaint here the service is so slow and literally wait 10-15 min until they take your order and they always forget the pickle of one of the worst firehouses I was too

I went in because I had a T-mobile promotion for a bogo. There was even a sign welcoming T-mobile customers. The promotion was easy to apply. That was a wonderful rarity. T-mobile has a lot of sandwich promotions and often the employees can't figure them out. The ordering line went quickly, but it took me 25 minutes to get my order. There were several people waiting for their orders. The place nearly cleared out by the time my order arrived a little past 1 PM. The place was generally clean and there was a lady actively cleaning. The sandwiches were good, but nothing outstanding.

Awesome sandwiches! They actually take pride in making their items! Unlike other places Subway .... and they always throw in a pickle ? you can actually see the meat, and taste the freshness of it and all the other condiments and vegetables.

I don't think I've ever been to a firehouse where my business was turned off. I went to her branch and not a soul in customer-specific ways, and I was told that I can file an order, but it would be 25 minutes before they could even come to it. What? An employee of 5 ladies and they tell me they can come to my order almost half an hour. Absolutely wild. I've never seen that before. Hard to believe that a staff of 5 can?t manage on foot in customers and in orders at the same time. I'm sure this place won? If I were a business owner, I would like to know that my staff is turning customers off. I'm sure I'm not back?

Big subs, but it takes 30 minutes to get one even during the slow hours.
