Culver's - Hammond

The Culver?s was just as good as other Culver?s I have gone too. The food was perfectly cooked and service was great. The restaurant was very clean and well attend. I will return when in the area and craving Culver?s.

My kids love the chicken tenders and concrete mixers from Culver's and were very excited about this new one opening closer to our home. We were shorted an order of fries during a drive thru trip a couple weeks back and when I called in, the owner offeredto replace on my next visit. The owner was working tonight and was very apologetic. He made good on his promise and then some! Ican tell by the way he treats the customers and staff that he wants satisfied customers. New restaurant and new staff meansgrowing pains and everyone makes mistakes...it's how we handle those that show character.

Culver's is my favorite place to get delicious fast food with great service except for here. The crew were not at all engaged with the customers outside of taking orders. I felt more like a transaction than a customer. To be fair, however, this is thefirst time I've ever had questionable service at any Culver's which I've dined, including this one. Perhaps it was just thisparticular crew that made the experience less desirable. Either way, I was also disappointed to learn the Strawberry FieldsSalad was not on the menu this day. It's my go-to meal (So tasty! The Wisconsin Melt I had was good, but the rye bread couldhave been grilled/toasted longer. Next time, I'll have to request it. I hope to have a better experience next time, and I willreturn to give them another chance. They'd been stellar until now.

A friendly place to grab a meal. Hot melted butter burgers and frozen yogurt shakes ,wow what a combination !! Centrally located for your dinning experience. Culver's for fish, chicken, burgers, fries, onion rings and plenty of other things you can't gowrong. Plenty of parking surround the building and at nighttime the blue lights highlight the whole area. Stop in and have amost memorable time of the day !!!

I was so excited they opened this Hammond location. I love Culver?s. This is my second time coming here and both times they?ve gotten my order wrong. I?ll stick with the Highland location. It?s not too much farther and I always get what I order?.. Todayis August 25th and I gave them another chance just to be even more disappointed. Waited 25 minutes for 2 lemon ice coolers.Finally flagged someone down after seeing multiple people receive their orders that arrived after me. Never again!
