Close to home, always keep fresh food on the buffet. To go prices best of the three buffets in town. Sat down to eat but brought something home for a friend. Wait staff kept my tea glass full during lunch rush. No small feat but itself. Staff are pleasant. Although turn over is how they make their money. I sat an watched netflix while I ate. Great place to enjoy a healthy good meal.

The staff is super friendly and the food is great, China garden is really clean. It seems fresher than the other places in town. They dont have huge selection but the food is high quality, you wont be disappointed. My wife and I frequently go here. Our little girl likes it too. I really recommend the black peppered chicken and the sushi. They do offer a dessert bar and a salad bar, they also make plates to go and that new company 'waiter ' has been there alot lately.

We visited the restaurant at 4 PM on a Sunday, and while the buffet offerings were abundant, they weren't exceptionally fresh. However, the manager or owner quickly had the kitchen prepare the dishes we were interested in, and the freshly made food was delightful. There was a wide variety to choose from, including some great sushi!

This family-owned and operated restaurant is fantastic! The staff is wonderful, and the food is delicious with a wide variety of amazing options. It’s never too crowded or noisy, except during lunch hours from 11 to 1 when it tends to get busier. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, making for a great dining experience.

The buffet is on the smaller side, but this works to its advantage, as it ensures the food is fresher with more frequent turnover. If you're looking for something fresh, they also offer a full menu alongside the buffet, featuring lunch and dinner specials. Personally, I tend to order takeout from them more often than dining in. The sign indicates they serve both Chinese and Japanese cuisine, which primarily means they offer sushi; that's as far as the Japanese offerings go. Out of the three Chinese buffets in Hammond that I'm aware of, I find this one to be the most decent. Their regular menu is also quite good and offers great value.
