Great food slooooooow service always prepare to wait 20-30 min for food on weekends

Got 2 sandwiches to go when Popeyes was out of sandwiches. Thank god.... Cheese steak and American wagyu with hot peppers. Served pretty quick considering they are hand made to order and for us by a friendly staff.4 hours later still stuffed but looking at menu now to see what I get next time.And I will drive 40 minutes to the new looking mall kinda next the the casino. Signed full of it.

I ordered the impossible cheesesteak sandwich from here and it was not how I expected it to taste. More importantly the impossible meat was cooked on the same grill as the real meat. This causes contamination to the food. I feel like restaurants like this need to take having the impossible meat more seriously. There should be a distinguished grill and cookware for this food. People have food allergies and it’s important to be clean when cooking and handling food properly. I didn’t even eat my sandwich it was a waste of money.

I ordered the American Wagyu Steak and was not disappointed!! This was my first visit this restaurant. I was waiting on an appointment at the Walmart across the lot and decided to try the place out. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left everyone was really friendly, they answered all my questions with joy and professionalism. And the sandwich was one of The Best sandwiches I’ve had in awhile. They took their time making it, it was fresh and hot, and wasn’t an over priced skimpy sandwich. Highly recommend, will be returning for more!!

The sandwiches here are fantastic! I did encounter a few issues with delivery, though. When you order through their app, they use DoorDash, and it seems that sometimes the drivers are so taken with the food that they end up keeping it for themselves. When I called to address the issue, the staff member was quite rude. However, when I escalated the matter, manager Sarah handled everything beautifully, and I also received a call from the owner, who wanted to make amends. He promised to improve staff training for handling situations like these. Because of the excellent follow-up customer service, I'm willing to give them another shot. That's why I rated the service three stars—originally it was just one star, but the follow-up deserved five. On the plus side, the food is truly great; just a heads up, a large sandwich can easily serve as two meals!
