Ben's Soft Pretzels - Hammond

The time for opening said 10:00 am it was 12:30pm and wasn't open i asked the man what time does it open and he just turn and said we are not open and proceeded with what he was doing even a walmart employee ask and he ignored her so rude .

The owner of this Bens Soft Pretzels was very nice!! I really appreciate her, Visited on 3/2/2021 around 2:30!

I went there for the first time today. Had a great experience the prices seemed reasonable. I leave out happy with my family our food. Once I get home, I'm searching through the bag looking for my Pretzel. Turns out, I had 3 of the same versus 3 of what was asked. Not only that, but the back of the Pretzels are very dark and hard. This will now be my FINAL visit.

Updated review 10/16/2020: this location has really gone downhill in the customer service department. Went there recently, and according to their hours they were supposed to close at 9 (we were there around 645). We stepped up and asked the employee if we could get some pretzel sticks made fresh. His response: No you may not!! I 'm about to close in 10 minutes. My Fiancé and I were so taken aback by this guy 's very rude response! I 've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I never would have responded so rudely to a customer! Also, they rarely seem to actually stay open until their posted business hours, so keep that in mind if you choose to give them your business.Love Ben 's pretzels! Best soft pretzel chain. The staff at this location are always nice and accomadating, especially Sue, she 's the best!

Ben's Pretzel located at 1100 5th, Hammond, was amazing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had there pepperoni pretzel for lunch and I took home a meatball pocket with me for dinner. Make sure to go try them. They have a verity of items to choose from. I liked their catchy saying. Have a pretzel day!!
