C15 Hammond Park

I have visited this cafe at least 6 times now, and I also shop at the neighboring IGA. The staff at the cafe recognize me, but they never smile or are prepared to provide good customer service. When you approach the counter to order, someone will come up and just raise their eyebrows at you (this seems to be their way of saying hello and asking what you would like). It is quite rude, and the staff are always gossiping on the shop floor. The coffee is burnt every single time. I will be driving further away for my coffee from now on!

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the loud and gossipy wait staff can be off-putting. One particular redheaded staff member, who is friendly at the cash register, has a habit of openly gossiping about customers. This has happened more than once. Thankfully, the other staff members are fantastic.

Utterly rude and staff are always gossiping on the shop floor. Coffee is burnt EVERY single time. Will drive further away for my coffees from now on!

Food is good, gossiping and loud wait staff not. One in question, red head, who is so nicey at the cash desk then openly talks about the Customers afterwards. It's not the first time. Other staff are great.

I noticed this restaurant called C15 the other night while we were having dinner across the street.
