In Forno Hamilton

Have been there a couple of times now however as someone who eats gluten free, their food is not great. The gf pasta came out very hard and the pizza wasn't the best either. Disappointing as you can even get quality gf pasta from coles these days. Definitely no excuse for a restaurant like this. Their sides were ok but the star of the show was a downer. Service: Dine in

I've order from here multiple times. Out of 5 times 4 of the times the food has been great, but this last Sunday they really missed the mark. Cold pizza like it hadn't been cooked properly (cheese barley melted), I had to put it in microwave when it arrived even though it was made 15 min prior, and the aranchini balls were ok but no pesto sauce and it appears not much effort went into both meals. Not sure if just a bad day or busy. Will give another go.

Hidden away from the high street is good and they have made a great back part with some fake grass and 'out amongst nature ' feel. The food was good but we weren 't blown away. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were lucky to get food in the late afternoon without the busy crowds. It was dreadful Had to ask for water cutlery, the table wasn't cleared but worst thing was we waited 2 hours for our food which included salads all came out at different times the last one was a basic snitzel and it took 2.5 hours to get served and it was raw. When we tried to find someone to tell they just stood there not believing us looking at it and then proceeded to ask do you want a refund or another one. It was just a very bad experience never going back as it was very expensive for what we were served would not recommend to anyone. Thank you for your prompt response but I would challenge your comments as there were enough staff to be on their phone each time I asked for water and there were only a few people there. We were a group of 10 and I find I personally being Italian can cook for groups of up to 30 on my own. I hear short staff is always a comment thrown out there and I appreciate your gift card offer but I only spend my money once and if the service and product is unsuccessful I don't go back.

The two wonderful hospitality staff (Turkish man and English woman) were so nice and nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely, service prompt. No complaints from me Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
