Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Unfortunately on May 4 2024 this location was very under staffed. We were seated quickly, but had to wait(like others) for over an hour to be served our food.

I have yet to eat my food but looks n smells great!! Anne the manager was awesome!!! Friendly employees!! I don't do a lot of reviews but this had to be done. Hate I don't know any other helpful people names but thank you everyone ??

I hate to write a bad review about this restaurant, but here we are.. for starters the service was terrible. Our server did not present herself as friendly whatsoever, and did not show any “southern hospitality”. Secondly, when we asked for biscuits we were given two. There was two of us. So we each got one individual biscuit…. This has never been normal at this or any location I have been too… the food was alright, but we were not the only table who were upset with this same server and her ability to do her job. I know serving is not easy, but it does not kill to put a smile on your face… everyone else at the restaurant was pleasant. It seems as if the servers are the issue here…. And the biscuits. I also see pictures people have posted on here of their biscuits and they have 5……

Our waiter was overworked. Food was ok. However the peach cobbler should be renamed Can Peaches. Big disappointment. I was expecting Peach Cobbler.

Very slow service. Evidently the restaurant is not staffed appropriately. Not a lot of people in restaurant yet it took over a half hour to get our food.
