Rib City Grill - Hamilton

The ribs and chicken are always cooked perfectly, never dried out. Ribs fall off the bone. It's a very comfortable, welcoming place, with great catering options

I ordered takeout for the first time from the Hamilton, Ohio store, which is conveniently located just a block away from my home. My order included a pulled pork sandwich on garlic bread, cheese fries, salad, a chicken dinner with mac and cheese, baked beans, corn on the cob, and a piece of pecan pie. However, when I got home, I discovered that the salad was just a box full of lettuce, there was no pecan pie, and the sandwich was not on garlic bread as requested. I called to speak to manager Mike to address the issue, but he was unhelpful and even hung up on me twice. When I called back and questioned his behavior, he pretended to be someone else. After a few more unsuccessful attempts to reach Mike, I expressed my frustration and lodged a complaint with the corporate office. The food quality was mediocre, and the satisfaction guarantee mentioned in their disclaimer remains to be seen. Overall, I was disappointed by the subpar food and poor customer service and am unsure if I will return to this restaurant in the future. It is unfortunate that some places offer such disappointing service.

Doesn?t even deserve one star. Mike is a terrible leader and form reading other reviews it?s common place he hangs up on customers. I was calling from out of town trying to cater food for my best friends family, my best friend had passed away, and apparently I was an inconvenience to Mike. I tried to give them several hundreds dollars of business but Mike can?t handle anything other than a regular night if that.

Just want to say thank you! Husband and I came in tonight to eat, in the first date night we've been able to have this year. We were promptly sat and forgotten about. After watching the servers stand around and socialize and other tables be sat and served we left and went across the street to El Mariachi where we were again, seated promptly. By the time my butt was planted in the chair chips snd salsa were on the table and a margarita was enroute. I'm currently sipping happily as I await my eagerly anticipated meal. tacos!!!! The service here is top notch. So thank you again, for ensuring we no longer return to your establishment, we now know where the good servers are!

Always the best food and quick getting our order. Our lady server had way too much perfume on. I had to leave. My asthma can't take it. Great food!!!
