Panera Bread - Hamilton

This place serves really chimpsy portions. Panera used to put full chunks of avocado on the egg white breakfast sandwich , but but now they use a tiny dab of avocado spread instead, along with one egg instead of two. What a ripoff. The salads are veryoverpriced for the portion, and coffee is way too expensive compared to what other local restaurants serve. Even their soufflésare less full now. They think that we?re dumb and won?t notice that we?re eating a mouthful of bread or crust. It?s shameful,disgusting greed. I used to be a frequent customer, but not anymore. I?m pretty much done with this place.

This store gets worse by the minute, not even the day! Busy Sunday morning, there are only two self-checkout registers. Used to be four but they took two away. People are lined up to use the registers. Two people along with myself walked out because thewait was too long to place an order. Being in the restaurant business myself I know this place must be losing BIG money by theirfoolish business practices. Oh well!

I've been here for so long. in the last time, their service has fallen to unacceptable levels. heavy burned sandwiches, false sandwiches, false suppe in the order. now they are running out almost all the time. it is sad to see that one of the best Panera locations is one of the worst.

This panera deserves 0 stars. the management is so rude. I asked if I could have a grudge for my order and was answered so rudely by the manager. then took out my salad, who already looked like he was half eaten. that'll be the last time I'm back. I always try to like this place again, but I'm always disappointed.

Friendly staff, quick service, good food, had no problems at all.
