Greek Gyros Express - Hamilton

I’ve tried the gyros before, and they are fantastic. However, the service was extremely disappointing. I waited at the drive-thru speaker with no response. When I pulled up to the window, there was still no answer. I even drove around, parked, and walked up to the window, but still got no response. One of the employees made eye contact with me but chose to ignore me while blasting his music (probably using it as an excuse for not hearing customers). After waiting a total of 20 minutes without any acknowledgment or even a “I’ll be right with you,” we decided to leave. I was really looking forward to having a gyro, so it was quite frustrating not being able to get one.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s clear I’m not the only one who has been wronged by this guy! I used to tip him generously, but during my last visit, he didn't give me a choice. He decided to tip himself 20% and even charged me for extra cheese that I never asked for! I reached out to Square to file a complaint, but the representative just said they didn't understand why he was doing this and offered a credit. I eventually decided it wasn't worth it, and I won’t be returning! He lost a customer!

This restaurant ranks among the best gyros in Montana. The tzatziki sauce is exceptionally flavorful, the pita is warm and soft, and the meat is consistently delicious. The service is extremely quick and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I have never had a bad experience here, this is the best gyro I’ve ever had. The guy that runs it is super friendly and he makes your order very quick. 10/10 would recommend

I was worried about the wait since I arrived right after noon but my order was out in less than 10 minutes. They have good gyros and krinkle cut fries and it's cheaper than fast food chains. Most importantly, I experienced great customer service during my visit. Parking: I just parked in the adjacent parking lot and walked up to the window but you can also drive around the back of the building it's connected to for drive through service.
