Donatos Pizza - Hamilton

Came at 6:30 a.m. and ordered a small cheese pizza, 1 sub and 2 pops. it was said it was 15-20 minutes. waited for over 45 minutes without word about my eating. kasse could not worry less about her job. all who came after us got their pizza. worst experience ever and will not come back.

It took 40 minutes to deliver over 5 minutes, because they only one driver, they couldn't tell me that it would take a while, I could go and took it up, then the nerve to have a job on the phone when I called

The pizza is always good. The service could be a bit better/ more friendly.Food: 4/5

Well I picked up my pizza and I held the door open for me both doors and I guy was very cute they checked me out at the counter I hope he does a good job here is a great employee

Was craving dantos so decided to order take-out well my husband gets the food and we all go to eat n of course all 3 pizzas were pretty much burnt they were way over cooked so coildnt even enjoy our dinner.
